What is Transfer Hub?

Transfer Hub is a financial operations platform built for FX businesses, OTC desks, and remittance operators. It provides ledger-backed wallets, KYC/KYB workflows, treasury management, and multi-client payout management in a single platform.

Who is Transfer Hub for?

Transfer Hub is designed for anyone operating in the foreign exchange space — OTC desks, cambios, remittance operators, forex brokers, and financial institutions that handle cross-border currency exchange.

What currencies does Transfer Hub support?

Currently, Transfer Hub supports TTD (Trinidad & Tobago Dollar) and USD (US Dollar). Additional currencies are on our roadmap.

Accounts & Verification

How do I sign up?

Visit our sign-up page and create an account. You'll need to provide your email, set a password, select your location, and choose whether you're an individual or business account.

What is the approval process?

After signing up, you select whether you are a Buyer or Seller. Your account is then reviewed by our admin team. Once approved, you gain access to deposit, payout, and sub-account features.

What documents do I need for KYC/KYB?

Individual accounts need a government-issued ID and proof of address. Business accounts additionally need a certificate of incorporation, proof of business address, and director identification. See our Legal & Compliance page for full details.

Transactions & Pricing

How are FX rates determined?

FX rates are set by Transfer Hub administrators. Rates can be customized per user based on their plan and volume. Sellers can also set per-client rates for their sub-accounts.

What fees does Transfer Hub charge?

Fees vary by plan. Buyers pay through FX spread and transaction fees. Sellers pay a monthly subscription and a percentage-based platform fee. See our Pricing page for details.

How long do payouts take?

Payouts are admin-settled. Processing speed depends on your plan tier — from standard queue to priority processing for Business and Enterprise plans.

Security & Compliance

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use secure authentication, role-based access controls, and maintain a full audit trail of all transactions.

Is Transfer Hub regulated?

Transfer Hub operates in compliance with Trinidad & Tobago financial regulations, including the Proceeds of Crime Act and FIUTT guidelines. See our Legal & Compliance page for full regulatory details.

How does Transfer Hub prevent money laundering?

We implement comprehensive AML/CFT controls including KYC/KYB verification, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and ongoing due diligence. All transactions are recorded on an immutable ledger.
